Tapping – Healing – Meditation
A weekly live circle for nervous system healing, emotional integration, and conscious inner alignment
Every Friday, 10.30 am Pacific/ 1.30 pm Eastern
(exceptions apply, 60-minute session)
A different kind of Friday practice…
This is not a performance.
Not a productivity ritual.
Not a “fix yourself” space.
This is a weekly live satsang, a shared field of presence, where we meet the nervous system, the emotional body, and the deeper layers of your soul with respect, slowness, and precision.
The integration of intuitive, soul-centered meditative practice with EFT tapping is a powerful catalyst for real change. This work doesn’t only operate at the level of awareness or symptom relief — it engages the deeper layers of the psyche, the emotional body, and what many people experience as the soul level of being. By working simultaneously with the body, the nervous system, and these deeper inner layers, shifts often happen in a way that feels both natural and surprisingly far-reaching, less like “doing a technique” and more like being moved from the inside by something wiser and more whole.
Each week carries its own quality and focus. The themes emerge organically from the field. We may address different emotional, psychological, or spiritual topics. You don’t need to prepare or know in advance what we’ll work with. Each session meets what is alive and ready in that moment.
A note on your contribution
This space is offered on a donation basis.
If this work supports you, you are invited to participate through contribution in a way that feels aligned and sustainable for you.
Contribution is part of the exchange. It supports this space, and it also helps anchor your own participation and relationship to the work.
There is no judgment here, only reciprocity.
This is not “ordinary” tapping or meditation
(and how this changes everything):
Many people know tapping as a technique.
Many people know meditation as a practice of calming the mind.
What we do here is something more integrated.
This work brings together

What People Say
There are no words to describe the depth of my gratitude for Mirjam Paninski. I’ve invested thousands of dollars over the years on my personal growth. Always striving for the next big thing, not realising that I was seeking success to validate me. I never felt like I was enough. I never felt safe to just be me. Mirjam skillfully helped me peel back layer after layer, every session bringing greater awareness and healing. She helped me uncover generational trauma that wasn’t mine but that I’d taken on as my own. I’m not pretending to fully understand this but I didn’t need to because with Mirjams help, I was able to just let it go. Since then, I am different. I feel safe, peaceful and the block in my solar plexus has finally gone. I feel so unbelievably happy. Not just happy because of some happy external condition, but deeply happy, like my insides are finally smiling. I haven’t stopped talking about Mirjam since! She’s a gift.
- Sanae FloyedWorking with Mirjam has been truly life-changing. Her presence is warm, grounded, and deeply compassionate. The way she holds the group is incredible. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space where everyone feels comfortable showing up exactly as they are. Even though we each have our own journey, the group's shared energy deepens the healing. I always leave our sessions feeling lighter, more connected, and more at peace with myself. It’s truly amazing how much transformation can happen in a short amount of time when you’re guided by someone who understands both the technique and the heart behind it. I feel so grateful to be part of this group.
- Nicola FieldsAfter so many years of working on my own and in other programs, I am astounded by the progress I've made in the past year and a half in your group program. I'm waking up with energy flowing in my body, which is not normally anticipated as I'm more than halfway through my 7th decade on the planet. Your advice for me to breathe into it, rather than try to manage it or calm it down, has been helpful even though it felt counterintuitive, not what I would've tried on my own. Then in yesterday's session I did work that I wouldn't have thought possible to do in a group session. I had never acknowledged even to myself that I carried self-hatred or a desire to kill off parts of myself. I am still amazed that you were able to hold the space so carefully and compassionately for me to work on that. I felt open, raw, and vulnerable after the session. And then this morning I woke up full of joy that just wants to express itself somehow.
- Marcie BrewsterEach Friday, we gather to
- Settle the body and the nervous system
- Gently unwind emotional and energetic holding patterns
- Work with tapping (EFT), guided meditation, and intuitive inner inquirye been blocking clarity or forward movement
- Create real inner movement, not through force, but through safety and attunement
Why This Work Is So Transformative
Most approaches to change focus on insight, willpower, or behavior. They try to shift the mind first and hope the rest follows.
But lasting transformation doesn’t happen because we understand something.
It happens when the nervous system, the emotional body, and the deeper layers of psyche are allowed to reorganize themselves from the inside out.
What makes this work different is that we are not trying to fix, override, or improve you.
We are creating the conditions in which your system can safely do what it already knows how to do: move toward coherence, integration, and wholeness.

Meet Your Guide
Mirjam Madhuri Paninski is an EFT Master and Trainer, mystic, healer, intuitive guide, meditation teacher, writer, and researcher. She is the founder and CEO of the Open Consciousness Institute, where transformational healing is approached as both an art and a science.
Rooted in a life of spiritual practice—growing up in ashrams and meditation centers around the world—and shaped by her own lived experience of complex trauma and profound healing, Mirjam brings a rare depth to her work. Her path has not only led to personal liberation but to the transmission of tools that help others experience the same.
Her mastery in Clinical EFT is grounded in both rigorous research and somatic expertise, and yet, her true offering reaches far beyond technique. This work opens a portal into the places where thoughts can’t go—where science meets soul, and where transformation becomes a sacred return to self.
